Monika, or Moni as we call her around here, has been riding longer than most riders out there today. It was in 1989 that she padded up for the first time and dropped in on a miniramp. Back then BMX was even more so male-dominated than it is today and nobody would have ever thought that almost two decades later she’d be still riding a little kid’s bike, chasing after her son Marvin at her local skatepark in Lohhof/Munich.
